Frisco furry sentenced for trafficking minor

Joseph Ray Robertson, 37, of Frisco, pleaded guilty to transportation of minors and was sentenced to 240 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Richard Schell on July 13. Schell also imposed lifetime supervised release on the defendant.

A 35-year-old man was arrested June 28 for injury to a child, according to the Orange County jail report.Joseph Andrew Bowen, 35, was charged and booked into the Orange County Jail on June 28 for injury to a child. He was being held as of press time under a $150,000 bond.

June 29, Hardin County District Attorney Rebecca Walton announced that Judge Steve Thomas of the 356th District Court found J. Santos Reyes Martinez, 65, guilty of indecency with a child, a second-degree felony. The offense occurred in Batson in 1994.
