The Beaumont Police Department is searching for a suspect after officers found a large amount of narcotics in a vehicle — but no owner/operator.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. March 27, officers responded to a disturbance at a home in the 4900 block of Wales. The suspect had left before officers arrived.
During the investigation, officers learned of narcotics secreted in a red Buick registered to Ronald Biagase, 47. Special Services Division detectives later executed a search warrant on the vehicle and allegedly located additional evidence and confirmation that the vehicle belongs to Biagase. Charges are pending.
