Beaumont police detectives are once again asking for witnesses to come forward with information in a Saturday night, Oct 3, shooting in the 800 block of Center Street.
A 17-year-old female was transported a Beaumont hospital by EMS and was listed in stable condition. A 17-year-old male was transported by private vehicle and was later transported to a Houston hospital in critical condition. The shooting took place during a homecoming party.
Many individuals at the scene would not cooperate with investigators. Police believe cellphone videos or photos were taken before, during, or immediately after the shooting that could provide valuable information and are asking parents to speak with their teenagers and provide any information they may have.
