Feb. 16, a female driver, who refused to pull over for a traffic stop by a Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy, led police on a chase into Orange County with speed reaching more than 100 mph.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Chief Donte Miller reported the woman was driving a car with Florida plates. She reportedly drove into the parking lot of a service station on the Interstate 10 East service road near the Simmons Drive exit, where she was arrested.
