Two Groves residents are among 23 people indicted by the Jasper County grand jury recently.
Seth Andrew McNamara, 41, was charged with evading arrest with a vehicle and theft of materials from Colburn Supply Co. of Jasper in December 2025. He was also charged with evading arrest or detention with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Dustin Harry Jackson, 33, was charged with two counts of theft of property for allegedly using a motorcycle belonging to Brookeland ISD Superintendent Charlotte Odom without her permission in October 2025 and accused of stealing tools from a Jasper electrician without his permission in September 2025.
