The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) Warrant Division located and apprehended Javian Boykin, 18, of Orange, Texas on Sunday, March 22 in connection with the shooting that occurred at Roger’s Park, March 15. He was taken into custody and charged with Deadly Conduct, a Third-Degree Felony.
