OPD: Search warrants result in three arrests

Three people were arrested on drug charges after authorities executed two search warrants June 11, according to Sgt. Isaac T. Henry III of the Orange Police Department (OPD).

OPD’s Narcotics Division, working with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and West Orange Police Department, carried out search warrants at residences in the 2300 block of Bolton Street and the 1500 block of Inwood Drive. The warrants stemmed from an investigation that allegedly revealed Rolanda Rochelle Conklin, 41, and Miller Zeigler Jr., 42, were distributing methamphetamine throughout the city. During the searches, officers reportedly recovered methamphetamine, cocaine and several firearms.

Authorities said Corey Johnathan Hoffpauir, 37, also was found in possession of methamphetamine during the search at the Bolton Street residence.

Zeigler was charged with two counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and failure to identify by giving false information. Bond was set at $120,000.

Conklin and Hoffpauir were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and hindering apprehension or prosecution. Bond was set at $55,500 each.
