Two people arrested in Vidor on drug charges

A Vidor couple was arrested Jan. 12 on multiple drug charges after the execution of a narcotics search and arrest warrant in the 700 block of Tram Road in Vidor, according to a press release from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO).

Vidor pair charged in meth investigation

Wednesday, May 12, the Orange County Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Orange County SWAT Team, the Vidor Police Department and the Jasper County Precinct 6 Constable’s Office, executed a search and arrest warrant in the 1400 Block of Orange Street in Vidor.

Trio brandish guns at Vidor convenience store robbery

Jan. 3, Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll reported an aggravated robbery that had occurred at Super Stop #1 Convenience Store located at 20854 IH-10 in Vidor shortly after 4 a.m. According to Carroll, responding units checked the area of the robbery but were unable to locate the suspects.

Another Vidor meth arrest

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, Sept. 8th, officers with the Vidor Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Silver 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe in the 2400 block of North Main that led to the arrest of one man and the confiscation of over 40 grams of meth, according to Chief Rod Carroll.
