The Port Arthur Police Department is asking for help in locating two individuals wanted for several counts of injury to a child: Dylan Wiggins, 27, and girlfriend, Krystal Kirbow, 37. According to PAPD, the pair has 13 outstanding warrants for felony injury to a child.

In the wake of hit-and-run, a mother was indicted Jan. 26 for allegedly leaving her 13-year-old child in a wrecked auto when she abandoned the car – and the child – and fled from the scene on foot. A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted Miranda Antoinette Kellogg, 36 for abandoning a child.

Accused murderer treated for bullet wound

According to a probable cause affidavit alleging 21-year-old Stephen Raivon Angelle of Port Arthur killed a man just days before Christmas 2021, it was a gunshot wound to the suspect’s foot that led police to his side. Angelle was indicted for the late 2021 murder charge Jan. 19.

Friday afternoon, Jan. 21, officers from the Port Arthur Police Department responded to the Normandy Apartments, 3800 Normandy Ave., to exact a welfare check on a man reportedly slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle parked at the property.
