Phelan accepts local TV debate invitation

Speaker of the House and District 21 State Rep. Dade Phelan announced he has accepted an invitation from KFDM/Fox 4 of Beaumont to debate challenger David Covey in a live, televised event on Tuesday, May 7, according to a statement form Phelan.
