Police in Orange search for shooting suspect

Police in Orange are searching for a suspect who shot a 21-year-old resident multiple times before fleeing the scene.

Officers with the Orange Police Department responded to a report of gunshots in the 400 block of Know Avenue at 7:42 p.m. on Nov. 16, Capt. Robert Enmon reports. Upon arrival in the area, the officers found Daricko Stevens suffering from “several gunshots to his body.” Stevens was transported by ambulance to St. Elizabeth hospital in Beaumont where, at last report, he was undergoing surgery, stated Enmon.
