A Kirbyville woman with felony warrants is jailed. Sunday, Sept 28, Jasper County deputies were deployed to the 300 block of East Harris Street in KIrbyville to serve a warrant on 48-year-old Joni Merketz.
She was arrested for motion to revoke probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, a second degree felony. Merketz was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
