A Beaumont man has been sentenced to a decade in prison. 50-year-old Joskin Love was arrested on March 19, 2025 following a traffic stop. Officers detected the odor of marijuana during the stop. A search of the vehicle resulted the discovery of methamphetamine and fentanyl-laced pills. Love pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. He was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Marcia A Crone on September 3, 2026.
