I-10 east, near the Downtown exit in Beaumont, has reopened. Around 7:40 Monday morning an eastbound 18-wheeler was involved on a wreck causing the tanker to tip over spilling haz-mat materials onto the interstate.There were no injuries. The interstate was closed for more than five hours.
