A 36-year-old Port Arthur resident was arrested for an outstanding warrant after a joint effort by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies, Port Arthur Independent School District (PAISD) officers, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), Port Arthur police, Beaumont police and the U.S.
