The Silsbee Police Department reportedly arrested a 21-year-old man July 2 for theft. Officers arrested J’Corrian Sells, of Silsbee, and charged him with two counts of theft, $100-$750 (Class-B misdemeanor), along with failure to keep bicycle on right side of road (Class C).
