Motorcyclist killed in early morning crash

A 42-year-old motorcyclist was killed in an early morning crash May 14, according to the Beaumont Police Department.Police said officers responded at 2:57 a.m. to the 5800 block of Calder Avenue in reference to a motorcycle crash.

Multi-vehicle crash kills five

Four people were killed in a crash involving a passenger van, passenger bus and passenger car on State Highway 87 on May 18, according to the Sgt. Shana Clark of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
