Texas to partially open by week's end, state rep reports

April 27, Southeast Texas State Rep. Joe Deshotel announced the state’s intention to partially open by the end of the week.

“Beginning May 1, the governor is opening part of Texas to 25% capacity for the next couple weeks and, depending on doctors' recommendations, raise to 50%,” Deshotel announced. “This includes malls and retail outlets. Stand by for info on small businesses like beauty shops, barber shops and nail salons.”
