Juvenile in custody over school threat

A 13-year-old juvenile was taken into custody after allegedly posting a threat on social media.

According to a Jan. 6 announcement by Vidor ISD officials, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) was made aware of the juvenile’s threat on Snapchat.

VISD stated that OSCO quickly handled the matter.
