I-10 Southbound ( Heading towards Houston ) at Cardinal Drive is temporarily closed after a truck hit the overpass losing part of its load spilling it onto the interstate and completely closing the roadway. Traffic is being diverted at Washington and College. Crews are at the scene clearing the roadway. Alternate routes are recommended.
