It has been a week since Tropical Storm Edouard hit Southeast Texas. At the height of the storm, approximately 80,000 customer lost power. Crews are working around the clock to get all the power stored. As of 7:15 Tuesday morning, 211 customers were still without power. The outages are in Orange and Hardin Counties.
