A 41-year-old Beaumont man has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault following a Saturday night wreck in Jasper County. The DPS says Jessie Arceneaux pulled out of a parking lot on Highway 96 in front of the Black Sheep Saloon in front of an oncoming motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, 37-year-old Bradley Stoddard, of Pineland, died at the scene. A passenger, 37-year-old Margaret Stoddard, also of Pineland, was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Arceneaux, who was not hurt, was transported to jail. His bond is $225,000
