Beaumont’s Oktoberfest celebrates 10 years

Oktoberfest started in 1810 as a celebration of the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig (later King Ludwig I) and Princess Therese of Bavaria. The people of Munich, Germany were invited to celebrate with horse races, food, and beer.
