The Beaumont Police Department is seeking information related to a March 19 welfare check involving a man found lying in the roadway at West Cardinal Drive and Ave. A.At 8:37 p.m., officers were dispatched to a scene that revealed the man had been struck by a passing vehicle traveling north on Ave.
