BPD apprehends heroin handler

Beaumont police reportedly arrested a 43-year-old resident with 800 grams of heroin in his possession.
According to a news release from the Beaumont Police Department (BPD), on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 5:13 p.m., officers were patrolling the area of Lucas Drive and Concord Road in Beaumont.
