Art Studio double exhibition opens with reception March 7

    Two new photography exhibitions will be available for viewing at The Art Studio, Inc. on the first Saturday of each month, starting March 7th with an opening reception from 7-10 p.m. The exhibitions are "Isolate" by Amar Gupta in the Main Gallery and "Flowers" by Justin LeBlanc in the Maudee Gallery. 

    Gupta photography series, "Isolate," is a photo series where the images are distorted with color gradient manipulation, creating an image that relates more closely to first and second generation abstract expressionists.

    LeBlanc's "Flowers" was created out of a desire to step away from his initial social and political artwork with blooming still-life wildflowers in nature. 

    The reception is free to the public.
