The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will host an Update Luncheon, May 21 at the Robert A. "Bob" Bowers Civic Center. Participants will learn about the progress of road construction projects and their timelines along our major roadways in and around Southeast Texas.
The doors will open at 10 a.m., with the program starting at 11 a.m. The Robert A. "Bob" Bowers Civic Center is located at 3401 Cultural Center Dr. in Port Arthur.
