The Port Neches-Groves ISD has named Dr. Julie Gauthier as the district's superintendent. She replaces Dr. Mike Gonzales, who will remain with the school district a Superintendent Emeritus for the remainder of the calendar year. Dr. Gauthier has worked her way up the school from student to superintendent. She is the first female to head up the district.
