A Newton County man is behind bars in Jasper County. A deputy stopped a vehicle Saturday morning in Buna. During the stop it was learned the driver, 27-year-old Marvin Willey, has an outstanding assault casuing bodily injury to a family member warrant out of Tyler County. Willey was arrested without incident an transported to the Jasper County Jail.
