A $5.000 donation from ITEX will help the city of Beaumont fund the relocation of an unused bus shelter from Florida Avenue to West Cardinal Drive. The move will better serve residents of Abiding Grace Apartments and other Beaumont Transit riders in the area/. The project puts an existing city reserve back into use while providing riders with a covered place to wait for the bus protecting them from rain and the sun.
