On Sunday, Aug 23, 64-year-old Kimberly Viator, of Port Arthur, was struck by a vehicle as she was crossing the road in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur. The vehicle left the scene. On Thursday, Aug 27, Port Arthur police arrested 45-year-old Dekobi LeRay Fisher, of Orange. Fisher is charged with collision involving death. He is in the Jefferson County Jail.
