Tax Abatement

Beaumont Bulk Solution, LLC (BBS)

 

Pursuant to Sections 312.2041 and 312.207, Texas Tax Code, as amended, the Beaumont City Council will conduct a public hearing on December 2, 2025, at 1:30 pm for a tax abatement agreement with applicant Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS). The notice of this meeting is being duly posted as an agenda item for the City Council on that date, and it is anticipated that the City Council will consider for approval a resolution for an amended tax abatement agreement with Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS).

 

Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS), owner, proposes to construct and operate a bulk cement concrete products company within the Port of Beaumont, more specifically, 1745 Buford Street, with an estimated investment of $135 million initially and potentially as much as $150 million. The proposed project is to be located within the boundaries of the Project Cement Reinvestment Zone, designated by Jefferson County on September 16, 2025.
