Beaumont reports 3 COVID-19 deaths, 23 new positives for Oct. 6

The City of Beaumont reported three new COVID-19 deaths along with 23 new positive tests for Oct. 6. The state of Texas numbers for Oct. 6 were 3,872 new positives tests and 78 deaths.
