Fourth arrest made in connection to Beaumont kidnapping

A collaborative effort from local law enforcement agencies resulted in the arrest of the fourth suspect connected to a night of kidnapping and torture. 

A fourth person of interest has been arrested in connection to the night four suspects bound and tortured a 17-year-old in a Beaumont hotel on Interstate 10.

Thanks to a collaborative effort between BPD the Hardin County Sheriff’s deputies, Joshua Allen Sees, 22, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 1, according to a police. The report says Sees attempted to escape while being transported, but was eventually booked into the Jefferson County Correctional Facility for kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, aggravated robbery and felony escape.
