An Indian national residing in Seattle, WA, has pleaded guilty to federal violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei Nov. 4. Aakash Gandhi, 28, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud today before U.S. District Judge Marcia A. Crone.

Oct. 31 falls on a Sunday this year and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has pledged to work to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents as celebrations and trick-or-treating ensue.
The deer season runs from Nov. 6 through Jan. 2, 2022 in the North Zone, and Jan. 16, 2022 in the south Zone. A special youth-only gun deer season is set for Oct. 30-31 and Jan. 3-16, 2022.
