A Beaumont man died in an Oct. 13 house fire, according to the Beaumont Police Department. BPD reported that, about 4:01 a.m. on Oct. 13, officers responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Rusk in reference to assisting Beaumont Fire Rescue with a house fire call.
