Two Hardin Co. residents indicted in Jasper County

The Jasper County Grand Jury in their October 2022 session indicted two Hardin County men on Oct. 19.

Colton Wade McInnis, 23, of Silsbee, was indicted for the August 2022 charge of robbery. McInnis and Wendy Day Street, 49, of Kirbyville, are accused of committing a robbery at the Field House Game Room on U.S. 96, south of Kirbyville. He was also indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Caleb Nathaniel Kilpatrick, 24, of Silsbee, was indicted for the May 2021 charge of burglary of a habitation.
