The third suspect in an Aug. 16 robbery of a Kirbyville game room has been found and arrested, reported KJAS.com.

Oct. 3, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department announced that Gregorio “Greg” Carpio, 50, of Rye, was captured over the weekend in Tyler County. Investigators stated Carpio, along with Colton McInnis, 23, of Silsbee, and Wendy Street, 49, of Kirbyville, were responsible for the crime that occurred at the Field House Game Room, located on U.S. 96, just south of Kirbyville

McInnis and Street were arrested three days after the robbery when deputies executed a search warrant at a house on County Road 604. Both were charged with felony robbery and remain in the Jasper County Jail. Bond was set on McInnis at $130,000 and on Street at $150,000 due to a drug charge being filed against her.

Carpio is awaiting extradition to Jasper County for criminal charges.
