Spindletop names new Chief Clinical Officer

Luke Warford, candidate for Texas Railroad Commissioner, will start his campaign kickoff tour from Beaumont to El Paso on Monday Aug. 15. A Press Conference pre-sendoff will begin at 1 p.m. at the Beaumont Amtrak Station off of 11th Street.
