Port Arthur PD: 64-year-old suspect wanted for robberies

FROM PORT ARTHUR PD:

James Russell Smith is wanted on two robbery charges occurring in Port Arthur. Smith is 64 years old, 5-foot-4 and 170 pounds. He has black hair or may have it shaved bald. His last known address was in Port Arthur.
