Today, Orange County received confirmation of its 1st positive case of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID19) in an Orange
County resident. This individual is currently quarantined at home and cooperating with the direction of the health department.
Quarantine procedures include persons with COVID-19 staying home for at least 14 days, monitoring their temperature
and only leaving home if they need medical care.
For confidentiality purposes, officials are not releasing any additional information to identify the individual.
At this time, 14 Orange County residents have been tested - 11 of those results are pending and 2 results were negative
and 1 result is positive.
