Motiva to distribute cases of bottled water to Port Arthur residents Friday

Motiva Enterprises will distribute more than 800 cases of bottled water to Port Arthur residents in need Friday beginning at noon.  To ensure the health and safety of the community during the ongoing pandemic, Motiva volunteers will distribute the water at a contact-less drive-thru event at the Port Arthur Downtown Pavilion (600 Procter St.).
