Champagne and Ribs
Gift of Life has announced their annual "Champagne & Ribs" fundraiser scheduled for July 25 has been postponed until 2021.
"For the past several months during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have focused Gift of Life’s efforts on the health and medical needs of our nearly 3,000 clients," said GOL in a press release.
"After extensive discussions with our Champagne & Ribs honorees, event chairs and committee members, we made the difficult decision not to host the event this year.
As the needs are greater than ever before, we will dedicate all funds that have been raised towards the care of our clients and additional Southeast Texas men and their families, many who have lost their jobs and are unable to afford healthcare."
The new date is Thursday, April 8, 2021, at the Beaumont Civic Center.
