The Southeast Texas Regional Emergency Operations Center released the daily updates for the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Southeast Texas. 

Throughout the entire six-county region, there are now 258 confirmed cases, including nine deaths related to the virus. Jefferson County has the bulk of the COVID cases at 135 confirmed, with 89 in Beaumont and 25 in Port Arthur. Six of the coronavirus deaths have taken place in Jefferson County.

In Hardin County, a total of 65 cases have been confirmed, 33 in Lumberton, 26 in Silsbee. There have also been cases reported in Kountze, Sour Lake and Village Mills. There were two coronavirus-related deaths in Hardin County.

Orange County is the third highest ranking for the EOC with 46 confirmed cases. The majority are in the Orange area - 14 in Orange, four in Orangefield, two in McLewis, three in Little Cypress, one in West Orange and one in Forest Heights. Vidor has confirmed 12 cases in the city limits.

On a positive note, Hardin County has noted 10 recoveries from COVId-19; Orange County reported six, and there's at least one recovery in Beaumont.
