COVID-19 update April 4

The Southeast Texas Regional Emergency Operations Center has confirmed there are 112 cases of COVID-19 in the region, up from 94 yesterday. 

In Jefferson County, there are 58 confirmed cases, with 34 in Beaumont and 13 in Port Arthur. Lumberton in Hardin County reported 17 cases in the municipality with 26 in the county total, as of publication. Orange County had 22, Jasper County had three and Tyler County had 2. 

The figures given by the EOC are subject to change as new information is updated. The report is a compilation from several different health departments and may not be 100% accurate, though the statistics were as up-to-date as possible at the time of the posting.
