City of Port Arthur reports a positive COVID-19 test in Groves

The Jefferson County Health Department received confirmation of a person between the ages of 35-45 has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual lives in Groves and is currently quarantined at home and is cooperating with the direction of the health department and required medical officials.
