Beaumont ISD is encouraging all parents/guardians to register their students for the 2020-21 school year, enacting new initiatives to assist with the process. For BISD, classes begin on Monday, Aug. 17, for all students.

Option 1 - BISD Online Registration Portal

Parents can complete a virtual registration through the BISD Online Registration Portal at any time convenient to them. Online Enrollment & Registration Verification is a way to verify the information for continuing/returning students  and initiate brand new students' enrollment. Online registration replaces having to fill out thick volumes of registration forms and promotes social distancing safety practices in the wake of COVID-19. This process can be completed on a PC or tablet at https://www.bmtisd.com/Page/6611 For best results, use a device other than a phone to register your student.

Option 2 - BISD On-site Social Distance Registration:

Aug. 14 from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the BISD Planetarium

Aug. 15 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the BISD Planetarium, Fletcher Elementary, and ML King Middle School.

The district will host socially-distanced physical registering sites this Friday and Saturday. Parents/guardians can bring all of their necessary documentation (CLICK HERE for the checklist), and a team member will be there to walk them through the registration process. This opportunity will be first come, first served, and a limited number of registrants will be allowed in a building at a given time. Parents/guardians must wait in their vehicle until they are retrieved by a team member and must complete a COVID-19 attestation before entering. Bilingual and technical assistance are available at all sites. Note: Typically, parents can register on their home campus the first day of school. This option will not be available at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Option 3 - Phone Bank

Aug. 14-15 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

There will be extra staff working a phone bank on Friday and Saturday set to call out to parents of enrolled students who have not yet completed the registration process. Also, parents can call into the hotline to get help with resetting their password and any questions they may have when registering online at home. Bilingual and technical support will be available on both days for our parents. The hotline will not be available until Friday at 9 a.m. To reach our phone bank, contact (409) 617-7210.
