Tyler, Texas native and country singer Paul Cauthen will perform at the Jefferson Theatre on Saturday, April 15, at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com.
Nicknamed “Big Velvet” for his distinctive baritone voice, Cauthen is touring in support of his newest record, “Country Coming Down,” which was highlighted in Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and Garden and Gun amongst others. It reached No. 2 on the iTunes’ Top Country Albums Chart upon its release and is one of the best country albums of the year. He has garnered over 110 million career streams to date – including over 13 million album streams.
