The Academy of Country Music recently announced nominations for the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards. Known as “Country
Music’s Party of the Year,” fans from around the world will see all the industry's biggest stars and emerging talent that features unforgettable performances, exclusive collaborations, and unexpected moments.
In nearby Lake Charles, Louisiana, the Golden Nugget was recognized by the Academy and nominated in the Industry Division for Casino of the Year - Theater along with Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas, Deadwood Mountain Grand (Deadwood, South Dakota), Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (Hollywood, Florida) and Soaring Eagle (Mountain Pleasant, Michigan).

The busy calendar of concerts continues this weekend with Diamond Rio (Saturday, April 22), followed by Mark Chesnutt (Friday, April 28) and Grammy Award-winner Carly Pearce (Friday, May 5). Later this summer, the Nugget will host ACM New Female of the Year 2022 winner and "Yellowstone" cast member, Lainey Wilson, on Saturday, Sept. 9, which is already sold out. The 58th Academy of Country Music Awards will be streamed live exclusively on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star Frisco, Texas, on Thursday, May 11, at 7 p.m. and will be hosted by Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks.
