Solution, LLC (BBS)

 

Pursuant to Sections 312.2041 and 312.207, Texas Tax Code, as amended, the Beaumont City Council will conduct a public hearing on November 4, 2025, at 1:30 pm for a tax abatement agreement with applicant Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS). The notice of this meeting is being duly posted as an agenda item for the City Council on that date, and it is anticipated that the City Council will consider for approval a resolution for an amended tax abatement agreement with Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS).

 

Beaumont Bulk Solution LLC (BBS), owner, proposes to construct and operate a bulk cement concrete products company within the Port of Beaumont, more specifically, 1745 Buford Street, with an estimated investment of $135 million initially and potentially as much as $150 million. Policy of Non-discrimination on the Basis of Disability

The City of Nome has adopted complaint and grievance procedures regarding its Community Development Block Grant Programs (CDBG). These procedures outline the steps for a citizen to follow if they wish to file a complaint or grievance about CDBG activities.

Installation shall include procurement, installation, configuration, and commissioning of all associated hardware. All work will need to be supervised according to Hospital Facility policies. Effective communication will be required in order to coordinate workflow. For applicants to be considered, respondents must be a Certified i3 International Integration Partner, a Certified Napco Access Pro CA4K Dealer and have a current Texas Security License issued by Texas DPS. For applicants to be considered for electrical work, respondents must hold an electrical license with the state of Texas and should be willing to submit a bid bond with a bid package.

Purpose

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of providing, installing, configuring, and commissioning advanced MDF/IDF monitoring systems that meet the operational and security needs of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.

 

The proposed system will:

Monitor physical security of the Main Campus Data Center and critical Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) closets.

Include surveillance cameras, motion detectors, and environmental sensors (temperature and moisture) to mitigate risks of unauthorized access, environmental hazards, and infrastructure failures.

Provide centralized monitoring and reporting for efficient oversight by IT and Security personnel.

 

All work must be performed under Hospital Facility policies, with effective communication to ensure coordinated workflow.

 

Requirements

Vendors must demonstrate:

Experience in installing and supporting IT infrastructure monitoring systems, preferably in hospitals or other highly regulated environments.

Current Texas Security License issued by Texas DPS.

Ability to procure, install, configure, and commission monitoring hardware and software solutions.

Capacity to provide ongoing support, including after-hours response times.

 

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria:

 

System Proposal and Technical Solution (35%)

Detailed description of monitoring system components and integration capabilities.
